南京大學(xué)全球知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究院是南京大學(xué)在高起點(diǎn)、高品質(zhì)的蘇州校區(qū)首批建設(shè)的新型研究院之一，也是南大法學(xué)院"一體兩翼"戰(zhàn)略的重要部分，旨在以中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化和實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)中心之一的蘇州為基地，按照全球標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，依托前沿經(jīng)驗(yàn)，瞄準(zhǔn)尖端科技領(lǐng)域，匯集全球領(lǐng)軍人物，打造深度呈現(xiàn)"中國(guó)本位·全球經(jīng)驗(yàn)"的中國(guó)式知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)跨界交叉產(chǎn)學(xué)一體化重鎮(zhèn)，并塑造新技術(shù)革命時(shí)代科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)及法律深度銜接的全球精英和高管領(lǐng)袖人才。

二、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)全球知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)研究院擬面向全球招聘知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)及相關(guān)跨界領(lǐng)域的一流權(quán)威學(xué)者及優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者。本次擬招聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授、準(zhǔn)聘助理教授若干名（全職崗位）。特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。擬聘崗位的研究方向主要如下：

1.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法，特別是專利法

2.新興領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)，如大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、生物醫(yī)藥、國(guó)際關(guān)系、全球治理等領(lǐng)域的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)

3.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略管理

4.與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法交叉的科技法、數(shù)字治理等領(lǐng)域

三、申請(qǐng)條件

1.遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律和法規(guī)，熱愛教學(xué)科研事業(yè)；

2.具有良好的師德師風(fēng)，恪守學(xué)術(shù)道德，勤勉工作，無(wú)犯罪記錄，無(wú)違反師德師風(fēng)和學(xué)術(shù)道德懲處記錄；

3.一流的學(xué)術(shù)背景：具有相關(guān)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位，具有一流教學(xué)科研機(jī)構(gòu)的學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)領(lǐng)域國(guó)際前沿的研究動(dòng)態(tài)。其中，準(zhǔn)聘副教授和準(zhǔn)聘助理教授分別要求博士畢業(yè)從事學(xué)術(shù)研究4年以上和2年以上（特別優(yōu)秀者可酌情放寬條件）；

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：應(yīng)具有能夠勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強(qiáng)的語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力；

5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來(lái)科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對(duì)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點(diǎn)，未來(lái)研究計(jì)劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

i.about the institute

the global intellectual property institute is one of the first research institutes established bynanjinguniversityat its high-quality suzhou campus. we will bring together global academic and industrial leaders in cross-disciplinary areas of intellectual property, digital economy, ai, big data, innovation and global governance and form robust research, teaching and industrial engagement activities. our unique advantages include global experiences, a development-oriented vision, and the capacity to closely work with leading industries located in the region, which is the most advanced region inchina.

ii. the positions

the global intellectual property institute’s global recruitment aims to attract leading scholars and eminent young researchers with backgrounds in intellectual property and the relevant disciplines. the current round plans to recruit a number of tenured associate professors, tenure-track associate professors and/or assistant professors. positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and will be considered individually.

the candidates should ideally have research expertise in the following areas:

（1）intellectual property law, especially patent law

（2）new or leading research areas of ip law concerning ai, big data, digital economy, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, international relations, and global governance

（3）intellectual property management

（4）ip law-related areas of technology law or digital governance

iii. conditions for application

the applicant should

（1）abide by the laws and regulations of the people’s republic of china, and have a passion for teaching and research;

（2）abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

（3）have an excellent academic background, in particular a phd in the relevant discipline, study or work experience at a prestigious higher education institution, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); for applicants for assistant professor: research experience for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. for applicants for associate professor: research experience for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree; (exceptional candidates with less experiences may be considered)；

（4）have outstanding teaching skills. the applicant should be able to teach core and/or innovative courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodologies and strong communication skills;

（5）demonstrate outstanding research track records and potentials. the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about the relevant fields, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potentials for further academic development.
